Standard in-stock blankets can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as it is unused and unwashed. Custom orders (including custom size, embroidered or printed blankets) cannot be returned or exchanged. Luster Loft Blankets come with a Lifetime Guarantee, on workmanship and materials.
